Rate notes:
Group rate: To qualify for the Group Rate, all registrants must be from the same address, register at the same time, and payment for all members of the group must arrive together. Registrants must be in the same Registration/Pricing option.Government/Educator Rate: Available to officials representing city, county, state and federal agencies, academic institutions, and members of the military. Be sure to state the name and nature of your employer.
Cancellations/Substitutions: Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund and up to 14 days prior to conference start date for a 50% refund. No refund of any type will be provided for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by calling 1-847-405-4124. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
